Description
- Curtainwall Vertical Mullion Drilling Machine
- Two Multi-spindle electric drill heads mounted horizontally opposing one another
- Extrusion rolls between them where it is fixtured and clamped then drilled from both sides through interchangeable templates
- Spindles are adjustable within a given range from 1 to 8 spindles may be used on each drill head
- Run-out tables with adjustable stops available up to 30'
- Automatic drill lubrication systems available
- Commercial door top and bottom rail drilling machine
- Two custom design gear boxes mounted horizontally opposing one another to drill and countersink top and bottom rails
- Processes one end in one operation.
